Love spending time in our cat lounge? Our Cat Lover Membership Pass is designed for regular visitors who want flexible monthly visits and exclusive cafe perks!

For $89 per month, members receive:

  • 4 cat lounge visits each month (20% savings vs. standard admission)

  • Flexible booking - use your visits weekly, back-to-back days, etc. (4 total hours a a month)

  • 10% off cafe drinks anytime you stop in the cafe while your membership is active

Membership Details

  • 3-month minimum commitment

  • 4 visits are issued monthly and passes do not roll over

  • Membership is non-transferable (valid ID required at check-in)

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I redeem my passes?
After checkout, you’ll receive a unique member code loaded with 4 passes. Use this code when booking cat lounge reservations online. Your available passes will automatically apply at checkout.

If I visit with a guest, how does that work?
You’ll book your own reservation using your member code. Guests should reserve their own cat lounge passes separately online. If they visit often, a membership may be a great fit for them too!

Do passes roll over to the next month?
No - monthly passes reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. We recommend booking in advance, especially for weekends and peak hours.

Can I use multiple passes in one week or one day?
Yes. You may use your 4 1-hour passes however you’d like within the monthly billing period.

Does the 10% discount only apply on days I visit the cat lounge?
No - your 10% discount on cafe drinks is valid anytime while your membership is active. Each cat lounge pass includes 1 complimentary drink.

What happens if I cancel mid-month?
If you cancel, your membership benefits will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle. Your subscription will not renew after that.

Can I pause my membership?
Memberships cannot be paused. After completing the 3-month minimum commitment, you may cancel and re-subscribe later (assuming membership spots are still available). Please note, there is also no guarantee that the current price will remain.

What if I miss a reservation or no-show?
Membership passes follow the same policy as regular cat lounge passes. Reservations must be rescheduled or cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. If something comes up within 24 hours, please give us a heads up; however, we encourage members to reschedule directly through the booking system whenever possible.
