Celebrate your next special occasion at Nabi Cat Cafe!

We offer private parties in our cat lounge, perfect for your next special gathering: birthday parties, bridal showers, baby showers, graduation parties, pop-up events, team happy hours, team bonding events, and more!

Here’s what’s included in our private party package ($50 per guest for a 2-hour event):

  • Exclusive use of the cat lounge for 2 hours for you and your guests (with our team on hand to assist and craft drinks).

  • Guest count: up to 14 guests maximum in the cat lounge. A minimum of 9 guests (or a flat fee of $450 for smaller groups) is required to reserve the space.

  • Complimentary drinks: each guest receives 2 free cafe drinks. Additional drinks can be purchased at regular price from our front cafe area (which remains open to the public).

  • Fun extras: each guest gets 1 Polaroid photo and a lickable cat treat to spoil the cats!

A few important details:

  • Child policy: our minimum age is 5 years old. For guests 12 and under, we require 1 adult per 2 kids. If your situation is unique, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

  • Food: outside food and drinks aren’t permitted. If you’d like pastries, we can preorder them for your event (regular pricing applies). We’ll send the menu and pre-order form 2 weeks prior to the event.

  • Decorations: you’re welcome to bring decorations! Please avoid glitter, confetti, or anything that the cats could accidentally ingest or leave permanent holes or marks in our space. We kindly ask that any decorations you bring are removed at the end of your event to keep the lounge safe and cozy for our cats.

  • Security deposit/invoice: to secure your private party time slots, a flat fee of $450 as well as a signed contract acknowledging all private event policies sent by Nabi Cat Cafe will be required upon booking. Any remaining balance shall be paid through a second invoice prior to the event. An 18% gratuity is added to all private events.

  • Cancellation/refund policy: Cancellations made 5 days or more before the event are eligible for a full refund, minus processing fees. Cancellations made with less than 5 days notice will incur a $200 cancellation fee. Cancellations made the day before or day of will not be refundable.
